Wine and pasta are a match made in heaven, but which wine compliments which pasta sauce?
In this pairing we will be sampling cavatelli pasta with fresh tomato sauce, gnocchi with wild mushrooms and truffle butter, as well as fettucini al fredo, and last but not penne in vodka sauce.
