Celebrate the flavors of the season with a thoughtfully curated spring-inspired wine pairing experience. As the days grow longer and the air warms, we’re embracing bright, fresh ingredients and pairing them with handcrafted wines that highlight the vibrancy of spring.
The evening begins with truffle cheese drizzled with local honey, offering a rich and delicate start. Next, enjoy a peppery arugula salad with poppy seeds and raspberries, bringing a refreshing balance of brightness and texture.
We’ll continue with spring onion cheese bread, warm and savory, before moving into a comforting yet vibrant pasta primavera, showcasing the fresh flavors of the season.
To finish, indulge in lemon-drizzled cheesecake, a light and citrus-kissed dessert that provides the perfect sweet ending.
