Our Merlot is a refined expression of one of California’s most celebrated regions—crafted from premium Alexander Valley fruit and aged for six months in French oak barrels. This medium-bodied red offers soft tannins and a silky texture, with notes of ripe plum, black cherry, and a hint of vanilla from the oak. The gentle aging adds depth without overpowering the fruit, resulting in a beautifully balanced wine that's both approachable and elegant. Perfect for sipping on its own or pairing with roasted meats, pastas, or aged cheeses.
